Excellent knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required. Experience in a pre-opening environment strongly preferred. Experience in a lifestyle hotel/resort background required. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as and Director of Food and Beverage in a similar size scope/operation. Coordinate creatively and effectively with the Area Director of Marketing for ongoing activation and marketing opportunities. Work closely with the Area Executive Chef on menu concepts and rebranding of outlets. Develop and maintain an effective training and inspection program to ensure the highest levels of service as established. Carry out quarterly, bi‑yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment. Implements guidelines, policies and procedures for those operating departments according to Viceroy Guidelines & Standards. Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotel's banqueting departments serving to drive revenue within the hotels’ outlets. Responsible for handling all guest complaints, requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service. 
Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.Oversee the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.Ensure that each food and beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit center.General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
